Welcome to Smartrip! Smartrip provides travelers with an all-in-one trip-planning service. We coordinate with third parties such as airlines, hotels, rental car, and travel insurance companies (collectively, "Travel Partners") to curate and then enable travelers to book personalized travel itineraries.
These terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") are a legal agreement between you ("You") and Smartrip Inc., with offices at 11-12 Chesham Mews, SW1X 8HS London, United Kingdom ("Smartrip" or "We", "Us" or "Our"), establishing terms and conditions under which You will access and use the services and features available on Smartrip's website ("Site") located at www.smartrip.ai and any related sub-domains or through any mobile application (the "App") made available by Smartrip from time to time (each a "Service" and collectively together with the Site and App, "Services"). Your use of the Services is also subject to Our Privacy Policy available on Our Site at https://smartrip.ai/privacy-policy ("Privacy Policy") as such Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that features and functionality of the Services are expected to change frequently.
BEFORE YOU CLICK ON THE "I ACCEPT" BUTTON OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SITE OR USE THE SERVICES, CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. 1. OUR SITE AND OTHER SERVICES.

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Smartrip hereby grants to You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services, solely for Your personal use and not for the benefit of any other person or entity. We reserve the right to deny use of Our Site or any Services to anyone, in Our sole discretion, for any reason.
1.2 We Do Not Provide Travel Products.
The travel brochure We prepare for You ("Brochure") and other information, whether text, data, charts, and other materials available through Our Services (including any Brochures, collectively, "Content") is for Your informational purposes only. Smartrip does not provide the travel products and services identified on or accessible through Our Site and other Services ("Travel Products"), which are owned, controlled, or made available by Travel Partners. Each Travel Product is the responsibility of the applicable Travel Partner and use of any Travel Product is subject to the applicable Travel Partner's terms and conditions and policies including its privacy policy (each, as applicable, "Travel Partner Terms"). It is Your responsibility to review and ensure You understand those Travel Partner Terms. Smartrip is not responsible for any issues which arise with Your booking or any Travel Product, whether during Your travel or otherwise. Smartrip is not responsible for any acts or omissions of any Travel Partner.
1.3 Content.
All Travel Product descriptions, including prices, and other travel-related information in the Content on the Website or any Brochure is based on information made available by or obtained from Travel Partners. Accordingly, Content that is outside of Our control is subject to change without notice up to and after the time of Your booking in accordance with the applicable Travel Partner Terms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of all Content except Content which describes the Services provided by Smartrip and not our Travel Partners. You acknowledge and agree that in the event that any Travel Partner Content changes affect Your Travel Product, Your recourse will be solely against the Travel Partner and not Smartrip. We cannot guarantee the prices or availability of any Travel Product displayed on Our Site or in a Brochure. In addition to fluctuations in prices (including as a result of foreign currency conversion rates), Booking Fees (as defined below) may include additional fees, including payment fees, service charges, taxes, and other fees may apply. You are responsible for ensuring that the Booking Fee for Your selected Travel Product(s) booking aligns with Your expectations.
2. USE OF THE SITE; Your Data.
2.1 Eligibility.
The Site, App and all Services are intended solely for users who are sixteen (16) years of age or older. By accessing or using the Site, App or any other Services, You represent and warrant that You are sixteen (16) years of age or older.
